Delivery

Orders are shipped and delivered anywhere in Canada in 2 to 5 business days. It can take 1-3 days processing and preparing your order. An additional fee of $15 will be added to orders under $150 before taxes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an online tracking number to follow your order. 

Return

We accept returns on every product, even on discounted products. For any returns request, follow these steps:

1. Head to this page. Enter the email address associate with your order. Enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address.
2. Choose the order.
3. Select the products you wish to return and fill in the reason of the return.
4. Send the return request, our team will approve it.
5. You will receive your return label to your email address with instructions. You must absolutely return the product in its original, labelled packaging. The product must not have been worn. You have 30 days to return the product.
6. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will issue a refund. If you want another size or colour, you can place a new order. We do not exchange products. We will deduct $15 + tax from your refund amount to cover the cost of the return.

Warranty 

Products offered by Endurance Rack are warranted in the event of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 180 days. For warranty claims, contact our customer service at info@endurancerack.ca. Make sure you have your proof of purchase.
